TSPROF Kadet K2 Rotary Mechanism

Modernize your sharpening system with the key feature of the new model.

This is not just a spare part, but a full-fledged upgrade. The rotary mechanism, originally developed for the TSPROF Kadet K2, is now available separately. It allows you to get the functional capabilities of the new model without buying a new sharpening system.

The rotary unit with auto-locking eliminates unnecessary steps: you no longer need to separately lock and unlock the mechanism when flipping the frame to sharpen the second side of the knife.

Adjustable locking force: A special nut allows you to smoothly adjust the force required to flip the clamping frame — from a light turn to maximum rigid fixation.

• Minimum force: For quick and comfortable changing of the blade side. Especially convenient during finishing operations.

• Maximum locking: For intensive sharpening and heavy metal removal, when vibrations might cause an accidental rotation of the frame.

You can choose the perfect balance between work speed and locking reliability depending on your current task.

The rotary unit is compatible with the TSPROF Kadet Pro family of systems equipped with a rack-and-pinion lift. (Before purchasing, we recommend checking the compatibility of your specific version with a manager).

The mechanism is compatible with all TSPROF clamps, except the Blitz. The angle finder platform allows for convenient work with the Axicube One and Axicube T2.

The main components are made of high-strength steel and aviation-grade aluminum with matte black anodizing for reliability and additional surface protection.

Installation: The rotary mechanism is installed without the need for additional tools.

1. Loosen the thumbscrew securing the hinge unit and remove the hinge unit.

2. Loosen the fixing knob on the rack-and-pinion lift.

3. Install the rotary unit onto the stand with the gear rack.

4. Insert the hinge unit into the mounting hole of the stand and secure it with the thumbscrew.

Attention: Clamps, abrasives, and the base are not included.
