The organic bond, featuring enhanced durability through the addition of copper and the use of high-strength AC20 diamond powder, ensures stable performance of the bar and high wear resistance. The strong bond made of organic components holds the diamond grains in place, evenly distributing the load across the surface of the bar. As a result, the 50/40 grit effectively sharpens tools while preserving the original shape of the working surface and preventing chipping. For optimal results, it is recommended to use this product in conjunction with lubricating and cooling fluids (water/soap solution).

Water/soap solution is recommended as the coolant.

No diamond concentration is used in the manufacture of OMC-bonded grinding bars!
