Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at TSPROF Asia. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays in Indonesia. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship all international orders via DHL Express to ensure the fastest and most secure delivery of our precision sharpening systems.
- Shipping Method: DHL Express Worldwide
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days (depending on destination)
- Shipping Cost: Calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country.
3. Global Delivery
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Indonesia. Please note that DHL Express does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. You must provide a physical street address and a valid phone number for the courier.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your DHL tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
TSPROF Asia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
- Shipments are sent on a DDU/DAP (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
- Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
6. Damages
TSPROF Asia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
