TSPROF clamps, Whole-milled, (Cerakote® Graphite Black coating)

The whole-milled clamps are made of high-strength aircraft-grade aluminum and coated with wear-resistant Cerakote® polymer-ceramic coating. They are designed to secure knives with a blade thickness of up to 7 mm on Profile and TSPROF Kadet sharpening devices, as well as TSPROF Pioneer.

This type of clamp provides the greatest rigidity and stability of the device. Thanks to their monolithic design, the main advantage of these clamps is their increased resistance to pressure on the abrasive, thus ensuring consistent angles at all stages of work, from roughing to finishing. When working with this type of clamp, there is no need to calibrate and adjust the clamps to different blade shapes, and the clamping principle is simple and convenient (using a single key).
