Full set of Japanese NANIWA Chosera Wetstones for TSPROF

A professional set of Japanese water stones NANIWA Chosera, selected specifically for TSPROF sharpening systems. The abrasive consists of aluminum oxide and a binder based on magnesium cement - an inorganic binder based on magnesium oxide.
They cannot be soaked in water for a long time (unlike ceramic-bonded stones), it is enough to simply sprinkle them with water.

 The set includes 8 stones in a handy plastic case, covering the full grit range from rough reprofiling to final edge polishing.

Set composition (grit):

• 400 – coarse grinding, forming a new edge and removing chips
• 600 – basic sharpening, setting the geometry
• 800 – working sharpness for most kitchen and outdoor knives
• 1000 – universal refinement and scratch pattern leveling
• 2000 – pre-finish, increasing cutting performance
• 3000 – clean cut and higher sharpness
• 5000 – final polishing of the edge, near “razor” sharpness
• 10000 – final mirror polishing
