Diamond bar with three-layer overlay 100/80
Diamond bar 100/80. Made on galvanic bond. Electroplated diamond stones provide intensive metal removal and can be used for knife cutting edges that have significant damage (chips, gouges, etc.). They work noticeably more aggressively than organic and metal-bonded bars with similar grain size. This is achieved due to protruding diamond grains, while in metal and organic bonds diamond grains are embedded in the binder and mixed with it. The bar contains triple diamond sputtering. The diamond layer is located on both sides of the plate, with the same grain size on each side. The concentration of diamonds in the layer is 100%. The geometry of the working plane on both sides is even, the bar does not need leveling, the diamond layer is opened during work.
The bar is designed for rough sharpening of knives.

Recommendations for use: before starting work moisten the diamond layer of the bar with water. In the process of sharpening periodically rinse the diamond layer of clean warm water with a brush, do not allow salting. It is not intended to work with oil. After stopping work, clean off dirt, rinse in warm water. Store in a dry place.
Because of the peculiarities of production, the width and length of the abrasive may have deviations from the values specified in the description up to 5%.
WARNING! Bar requires careful work: do not put pressure on the abrasive during sharpening (especially when sharpening the tip/ankle of the knife), do not allow to break off the plane of the blade and drop the bar on a hard surface.
