We present to you the TSPROF K4 rack and pinion lift.
Its design allows you to set the sharpening angle easier, faster, and more accurately. The locking of the lift's moving parts is done with one hand and ensures reliable fixation in the set position. Three methods of setting the angle are implemented: coarse adjustment (accuracy up to 1°) using the extending slider, fine adjustment (up to 0.1°) using the rack and pinion lift, and ultra-fine adjustment (up to 0.01°) using the micro-adjustment mechanism. The micro-adjustment assembly allows you to change the angle with a precision of less than 0.1°, which is especially highly demanded when deburring and working with ultra-fine abrasives. The micro-adjustment is locked by a cam lever. In the unlocked state, the lever signals the need to lock it before starting work.
The main body components of the lift are made of aerospace-grade aluminum with a matte black anodized finish. This is not merely a tribute to aesthetics, but a technological solution that increases the durability of the product. The coating protects the metal from corrosion and minor mechanical damage, does not fade over time, and is resistant to environmental influences. The tactilely pleasant matte surface does not require special care, preserving the flawless appearance of your professional tool throughout its entire service life.
The assembly is compatible with Profile K03 devices. For installation, it is necessary to unscrew the two mounting screws of the rack and pinion lift located at the bottom of the sharpening system stand using a 3 mm hex screwdriver. Install the TSPROF K4 rack and pinion lift and secure it with the screws.
