TSPROF Quick fillet clamps with an eccentric mechanism provide reliable fixation and more possibilities for sharpening knives with complex geometry (thin heel, narrow blade) at small angles. The knife is clamped in one movementВ№ and no longer requires a screwdriver. The ideal solution for professional sharpeners when standard clamps are not sufficient.
SPEED
The TSPROF Quick eccentric clamp allows you to securely clamp knives with a thickness of 1 to 4 mm and reduces the time required to clamp the knife by halfВІ. The ability to quickly loosen the clamp greatly facilitates the process of positioning the knife. Complex knife geometry is no longer a problem.
CONVENIENCE
No more screwdrivers needed to clamp the blade! No need to look for a place for a screwdriver on the table or search for it in all the drawers. All clamping is done with the clamping foot. To clamp blades of different thicknesses, simply adjust the distance between the clamp jaws using the clamping foot.
PRECISE CALCULATION
The design of TSPROF fillet clamps is calculated using the finite element method. The thickness of the material and structural elements are calculated so that the stresses along the length of the clamp are distributed evenly. Even stress distribution ensures uniform closure of the jaws when clamping.
The clamp design also takes into account the increased requirements for wear resistance and friction force in the threaded connection, which is why a brass nut with increased wear resistance has been specially manufactured for TSPROF Quick fillet clamps.
The unified mounting seat and standard length of 120 mm of Quick fillets allow them to be combined with both standard TSPROF Quick clamps and solid milled clamps from TSPROF.
SAFETY
Most injuries during sharpening occur when hands are moving in the sharpening work area, including when clamping/removing the knife. Thanks to the new clamping method, the number of manipulations in the danger zone is reduced, and the knife can be clamped and removed from the clamps with even one hand.
DURABILITY
To reduce wear on mating parts, the cutout for the clamping foot in the clamp and the foot itself have the same rounding radii. Thanks to this, even during thickness adjustment, even under heavy load, the clamping foot вЂslides’ over the surface of the clamp, retaining its original appearance for longer. The clamp, like the clamping foot, is made of high-strength aviation aluminium alloy.

The ergonomic clamping foot allows you to generate high clamping forces with minimal effort (applying 1.2 kg of force to the foot generates 19 kg of clamping force). The edges and corners of the foot are rounded, and its size is designed for maximum working comfort.
