VeAl diamond bar 200/160 100% single-sided (MS1)

Diamond bar on a metal bond (copper-tin, MS-1 grade). Volumetric content of diamonds in the bar 100% with a uniform distribution throughout the volume. Working layer of abrasive 3,5 mm В±0,3 mm. The bond contains: diamond powder, copper, tin and silicon carbide filler. It is designed for sharpening knives made of any steel with hardness up to 70 HRC.

Brush 200/160 is designed for roughing and rough sharpening of the cutting edge.

Because of manufacturing peculiarities, the width and length of the abrasive may deviate from the values specified in the description by up to 5%.

Recommendations for use: it is recommended to work with oil (coolant), it is also possible to work dry.

WARNING! Bar requires careful work: do not press on the abrasive during sharpening (especially when sharpening the tip/ankle of the knife), do not allow to break off the plane of the blade and drop the bar on a hard surface.
